How to perform Reiki

Here's some useful information on performing reiki. Some people need to be attuned first, but some people are already able to perform reiki naturally. Some people are like me and after finding love and acceptance for myself after a long and difficult time of feeling only pain about that situation, naturally are attuned. There are many more ways to activate your Reiki abilities than the expensive classes will have you think. Reiki abilities come from within you. They are not passed from teacher to student directly as the only way to be attuned. If that way the case then I wouldn't be attuned. They want you to pay lots of money to become attuned or have to deal without healing abilities. That's how they make money.

So, that being said, here's some info on learning Reiki. Take each paragraph as a new step in your journey. If you feel that you aren't attuned, then I can help you for free of course. (See the services section.)

Its easiest to start off using Reiki on yourself at first. So, basically you picture a beam of light coming through the top of your head (crown chakra) and you feel it as love. Picture a pillar of light coming through your body and anchoring into the Earth. Now when you hold that vibration, pull in energy from the Earth. It will feel like you have your feet in a soothing pool of water. Balance the energies within and if you have any pain in your body, direct those energies towards the area that's hurting and use that energy to heal the pain.

After a while, when you are confident in using Reiki on yourself, you can work on healing someone you touch. You do the same process, but you feel the energy through them. You picture the light of the source coming through their crown chakra and Earth energy coming through their foot. Then you balance them out and direct the energy towards a part of them that's hurting. When you're done, let your mind go blank and then passively feel their energy. If you feel peaceful energy from them, then let them know you're finished and ask them if they feel better. If they say know, then ask them what is bothering them and repeat the process until they're healed.

When you feel you can perform that well enough, you can start with remote healing. Now you picture being next to that person or inside of them and you perform the same thing as you did above. This time you'll need to call the person or email them in order to find out if they feel better. You're utilizing the Law of Divine Oneness to connect with them remotely.
