1.) Scan your energy for what looks like white lines in your ethric body and remove all the white lines. (These connect your body to the seals.)
2.) When you finish that, ask the ascended masters to help you remove the J-Seals and any other seals in your body while you listen to this meditation. I did a Q and A with Petra at the end. Picture them doing this with you and they most likely will help you remove the J-Seals and other seals from your body following a similar format to what is presented in this meditation.
