Q.) How long should I listen to each tone?
A.) Listen as long as you'd like unless it states otherwise in the video. Also, try not to go over an hour a day so that you don't hurt yourself by making your brain stick on that frequency.
Q.) How do I use your tones? When should I use them?
A.) Just listen to the isochronic tones whenever you want to. Binaural beats require headphones, but isochronics to not. If you're trying to concentrate and use an isochronic tone for concentration, do it when you're trying to concentrate. If you're trying to be in oneness, use the isochronic tone for oneness while trying to be at one with the all.
Q.) Can I download your tones as an MP3?
A.) Yes you can. You need to download and install YouTube Downloader (It has a free version) and download the video. You'll have the MP4 file and you'll need to go to the convert tab to convert that file to MP3 format or other formats.
Q.) How do you know what the frequencies are for?
A.) I find caches of frequencies all over the web and people will sometimes send me some of them. Here are the ones I have that are on websites.
Q.) Is it OK to listen to other things while listening to your videos? Can I listen to two at once?
A.) In short, no. If you listen to two of them or something else, you're inducing other frequencies and making the tone less effective. The pure series does not ramp frequencies or have other sounds on it so that it can stay pure and be looped. If you listen to something else while doing this, it COULD still work, but it will be less effective. This is why the pure series was created. Other videos were mixing the sound of rain and other things with the tones and making them less effective.

It's been all my life that my family, my relatives, my friends and acquaintances tell me constantly what I should or should not do. I became so tired today that I do not allow anyone (even myself) to make up for that speech. I should not anything. Thank you for this video. I'll make it my own motto.

Space and time are the only things in this physics engine called Source. (Not HL2 Source, but Source as in the Source of all life.) The 3D physics engine relies on both space and time constants and to teleport, you use the cheat console of 3D to skip the processing of either space or time and you can teleport or time travel.
Removing the constant of space is what makes time travel possible and removing the constant of space is what makes teleportation possible.

Now that we are nearing the end of 2012 (supposedly the year of ascension), this is an extremely important question that we have to ask to ourselves.
Many people interested in the subject of Dimensional Ascension believe that the vast majority of mankind will ascend into the 5th dimension soon after 2012. They believe they are ready because they have fulfilled the requirements, which is mostly based on “51% of service to others”, according to several texts. Some others say that only true intention is necessary to graduate.
But then, is it really true that only that is required to move up? I wonder what about the souls who knew about ascension more than 10 thousand years ago? What about those who were already giving great service to others each lifetime for more than 10 thousand years? Were they trapped in the 3D Earth having to wait thousands and thousand of years until this present year? So they couldn't ascend because of the “timing” thing? But wait! According to many enlighten beings, time is an illusion, right? So then, how come does the timing matters so much, up to be point of not giving the souls a chance to ascend when they are ready, or when they really want to go up?
This is not fair at all for those souls; this just doesn't make sense.
This matter only leads to two logical answers:
1- The “intention” and the “51% service to others” theories are incomplete or wrong, and there are more requirements for the dimensional ascension to take place.
2- Time is real, not an illusion, and it does matter to know when is the “right time”.
However, on the other hand there are several texts explaining the reason spirits incarnate on Earth again and again: because there are many teachings that souls need to finish learning, or because souls agree on guiding others to become more perfect. These texts do not talk about ascension and a specific time; they just say that once we have fulfilled all the objectives in the physical world, we as spirits don't need to incarnate again, and we start doing other works in the ethereal realm.
Earth is a school and it functions the same way a normal educational institution does, in the way that > if you did not learned certain lessons you were supposed to get, then you simply repeat them again and again until you get them <, the same way you repeat a grade in an Earth school.
Therefore, > how can you expect to graduate if you did not learn the lessons? <
It is time for us to descend from the clouds and see the real world in front of us. We have to be honest to ourselves. We have to recognize and know if we have learned our lessons in life. I personally haven't done my homework well. So is the same to many beings on Earth at this present moment. I see so many people who did not overcome even the basic teachings, even those people who claim to be spiritually enlighten, and they prefer to delude themselves on promises of dimensional ascension.
Some of the common lessons for souls on Earth are:
How to control hate, anger and fear
How to manage and end addictions and bad habits
How to avoid getting trapped in the material pleasures
How to be self sufficient and stop blaming the others
How to be respectful and acknowledge the others the way they are, as spiritually evolving beings
How to truly understand and forgive others (and one's self too)
How to be patient with others and one's self
How to share, be truly generous and help others
How to lose, give up, let go and accept losses
How to be open minded, also analytical and embrace old and new ideas
How to have enough courage and strength to overcome difficult situations
How to know when an important life lesson is taking place
How to recognize and trust the guiding inner voice
How to understand and put in practice the real unconditional love
And there are many more lessons of course, at a personal and human race level that need to be mastered.

Nice post. I like that. When I tell people about how ascension works, I tell people that to ascend you need to clear your karma and to learn to be of unconditional love and compassion. My last major lesson is to stop yelling at things and Gate Lion actually halved that lesson for me by draining off the negative energy that was stirred up by the planetary alignments helping me to express much more of that. It came to the surface and Gate Lion's negative (perceived or otherwise) post, helped me pitch it.
I recently learned to accept that everyone has their own reality and that their reality might not include ascension. It was a tough lesson that I started learning a few months ago from the ass kicking BlackIshtar gave me on YouTube. lol I finished learning it a month ago and am now finishing out the ripples of tense energy it left behind at some points.

I moved away from my main group of friends a nuembr of years ago because of work, and our lives have all taken many twists and turns since such that we have all found maintaining our friendships at their previous level difficult. I still miss these friends and though I have made others, these friendships do not seem to have the same depth and it is not just because they are newer. As I get older, I find that people seem to have less time and energy for friendship among the competing demands of work and family, and I find this sad although I am guilty of it also. When I moved here, I also met some people who I felt offered potential as friends, but they seemed to already have as many friends as they could cope with and were not really interested in including any more. I would do anything to help my friends, but I could not say the same of all of them. However, one of the pleasures of getting older is that one gets more philosophical about peoples' capabilities and alters expectations accordingly. My husband remains my best friend and our relationship compensates much for any perceived shortcomings of others. I have also had the enjoyment of forging much better relationships with siblings and some relatives as we have all "grown up" a bit.
