My friend FoxRoar wrote a beautiful description of why pain exists and how it helps us grow. He actually answered one of the questions I sought to answer. The question I had was, "Why does my mind jump to negative memories or situations and play out?" I originally try to just drop the situation when I saw it was there, but I kept wondering why stuff like that would pop up. He brought up a VERY good point that made me understand that this is another way that pain is being used as a catalyst for growth. The resolution of those situations in your inner world, will help you have more loving results in life.
Once the ascension hits and we enter that place of peace, ultimate happiness, and pure pleasure, where will you take things from there? And what does it truly mean to be happy and in pleasure in the first place? Surely it means to love all others and be that sort of being of love, as I'm sure all of you lightworkers know... But there is also another aspect in which we can find fulfillment and meaning that I feel isn't emphasized enough, and that is the concept of creation and self expression.
Why do humans crave struggle and conflict? No one wants to watch a movie where their is no conflict and resolution... We find this to be something boring to sit through, but why? This is because it is through struggle and conflict where new understandings and growth and evolution occurs, and all beings crave this. Similarly as to why there is so much pain and suffering in this realm of earth, it is a place for immature souls to fumble around in the darkness and try and find lights of understanding to illuminate what it means to exist in certain aspects of being. To gain understanding and evolve in this way.
Once a soul has evolved to the point where they truly internalize and understand love to be the single most important thing in existence, their journey becomes one that is less painful in all ways. This is the peak of existence that everyone on earth will achieve once we enter the ascension, but it is by no means a stopping point in any person's evolution...
I have always wondered what that Christian view of heaven was like, and just how exactly it would keep me happy and pleasured for an infinite amount of time... White fluffy clouds where everything you want instantly happens for you and such? It appeared like a place of stopping, and a place where no more growth would occur... Is this a state in which you can be permanently happy and pleasured? It is something very vague and non-coherent... So let me tell you what a true state of heaven and bliss is like! And how we grow and evolve even after the ascension hits.
Yes, love is the most important thing in existence, and it is through love that all things can become deeply connected and at one. But love has close and personal sidekick which is very integral and needed at all times, and that sidekick is a being's ability to create and be self expressive. ;3 It is through our ability to create new thoughts which allows us to grow and evolve and get to the point where we are loving beings at all in the first place! And is through expressing ours creative selves to others that we are able to demonstrate who we are, and are able to have them truly feel, love and accepted us in return. It is our ability to create and express which enables us to metaphorically reach out to one another in this way, and it is this ability that enables us too branch and grow towards others more and more deeply. Creation is something intimately connected with the concept of love in that way.
Once the ascension hits, love will rule our world. And what's left to do from that point forward is to continue growing, advancing, and gaining understanding of what it means to exist by interacting with each other through creative and expressive means. It can be a work of art or writing, an invention or simply a new idea you thought of. The mediums of creation are endless, subtle, and hidden, and are what truly enable us to grow and evolve forward for an infinite amount of time.
No being is perfect, and no being will ever BE perfect... There is infinite room for growth and evolution, as their is an infinite amount of perspectives and other beings to learn from and appreciate, and an infinite amount of creations that will be created as a result. All creations are worthy of love and are something beautiful, and all creations can only cease to increase the amount of love in existence in this way.
I tell you these things not so that you will dwell on the future and what you will do once the ascension hits, but in hopes that you will live in the present and take this idea of creation and self expression to heart! ;3 Like love, it is through expressing ourselves and creating where true happiness and fulfillment lives on earth, as well as anywhere else. In the end, love and this ability to create will the two guiding principles that enable us to grow and evolve for an infinite amount of time. So the quicker you internalize this forgotten aspect of creation and try and incorporate it in your lives more, as well as help others to become more creative beings themselves, the quicker we can raise ALL love levels and bring this ascension upon us I'll have you know! ;3

Go forward and be your unique, amazing self. Create in all aspects of life that you can and do it in a way that is entirely you. Try something different, branch out and THIS is what it means to live and grow forever. Look at others creations, look at life and try and take something new away from everything. THIS is how we can feel truly alive. :3 THIS is heaven! The feeling of creation and love.

So many people are focusing more on other things that are non-critical, but can be fun to think about and learn about as well. I wanted to post this message to help everyone to remember that the only thing required to ascend is to be as close to pure love as possible. Now, you can still ascend if you feel angry at times, or have some problems that occur, but the way you can ascend is by raising your vibration. Love is the highest vibration in existence, so the more love you have, the higher your chances are of being able to handle the energy of the photon belt when it comes over the Earth to finalize the ascension to 5D Earth.
Yes its fun to explore your heritage as a starseed and learn about your home world. Yes its fun to learn about how ascension works. Yes its fun to learn about all the things that were hidden from us, but remember that the main objective is to be of love.
As I find out more information on this, I'll keep this list updated. Below are the cycles that end and start fresh on 12/21/12.
1.) The Mayan Calendar
2.) We pass through the photon belt again
3.) The Age of Pisces ends and the Age of Aquarius begins
4.) Old 3D/4D Earth ends, new 5D Earth begins via the ascension
5.) The Bible's Book of Revelations
6.) The magnetic poles will flip. Scientific evidence shows this. (See below)

You can download it with YouTube Downloader and loop it in WMP. As for my info on what ends/begins, I accumulated that knowledge over time.

I've just found a you tube video with the Concentration/staying awake 26HZ. I'm listening to it right now and it seems to be working very quickly. There should be something like this for insomnia :-).

The only thing that people need to do to ascend is be of love and compassion. Doing that will raise your frequency up high enough to handle the ascension. Compassion comes naturally when you're of love, but if you just focus on being of love, then you'll be just fine. You aren't required to know about or believe the ascension will happen. You don't need to be spiritual. You simply need to be of love to ascend. The more pure that love is (lack of negativity) the easier the ascension will be for you. If you are awakened, then you can actively participate in the events of the ascension like helping to awaken others and liberate the many and bring more light to Earth.
Everyone keeps asking me this and I hope this helps the many.
I had been wondering for some time now what would happen when people ascend and they're up high on a building that will not exist in 5D. I decided last night to channel an Arcturian to ask him about this and he said showed me a funnel. The building's energy will be turned into a funnel that will allow people to safely glide down to the ground.
