I just wanted to make a comment on this before you watch it. He forgot to add the fear of the now moment that sometimes happens and when you're in fear in the now, its also a perception of the now that is putting you in fear. If you do not with to be in fear, change your perception.

I would like an attunement from you if possible and would be most grateful. I have been very fatigued despite adequate sleep lately. I have had some stress but I was wondering if you can help me. Perhaps my chakras are out of balance. I am usually very energetic but this is unusual and bothersome. I have been meditating. I also was doing Yoga but I am lacking the energy to do even that...its weird. Wondering if I have J seals too.
As usual, I was helping someone and I found that the conversation could be helpful to the many, so I wanted to post it here for you. Enjoy!
My purpose in life is to help spread love and compassion and to help others to be more of love and to resolve their troubles so the lessons are learned and so they can live peacefully. As for an illness/disorder/etc, they all relate to spirit in some way. Dis-eases are manifested through conflicting energies and unlearned lessons. Hence, dis-ease. Disorders are there to help in the long term by providing you with an overall trouble that needs to be reconciled with as well as worked into how you can live with that disability comfortably. (Kind of the same thing, but the latter is more the action part of the deal.)
Lessons are there to help you grow spiritually by providing you with a situation to resolve with love. Love is the core element of existence. Everything is created from love. Fear is the "opposite" of love, but there's an element of love in fear because those who seek to put you in fear, love to make you feel fear. When you're afraid of something, the lesson in overcoming that fear is made possible out of love to help you overcome that fear. So, everything, including love's supposed opposite, still maintains its core element of love.
I want to let you know something that helps me. When I am in an emotional state, whether its an extremely excited or happy state, or a state of dismay, and I want to do something big, I wait for that emotional spike to go away before I do what I'm thinking I want to do. For instance, when I want to buy something that cost $200 and if I buy it, that's all my money I have at that time, but I feel super psyched about it and want to get it now, I let myself know that I should wait for the spike to pass and then I make the decision. Sometimes I can't stop thinking about it, so I wind up getting what it is that I wanted. Sometimes I feel relieved that I didn't do what I wanted to do. I just need to make sure I'm stable before I do it. This should help with your hair bit you mentioned.
As for the relationship bit, monogamy was created as a control structure. It plays heavily off of jealousy and seeks to intensify that emotion. The reason I say this is because when someone wants to be with other people and still be with you, then they should be able to. To restrict the person's life in such a way that they can't be with anyone other than you and if they do, its considered cheating, is EXTREMELY unhealthy. People have been so brainwashed into believe that people NEED to be monogamous, that it seems like 95% of the people you meet are monogamous. This is of course starting to break down now that the dark ones are on the outs with us lightworkers helping the many to be free, though. Anyone who seeks to spread love and compassion is essentially a lightworker. I hope this helps with the relationship issues as well.
As for the rapist and abuser, he has a major lesson to learn to not do that to people. It might be the culmination of things in his life that have not been learned and are suppressing his ability to love. You might be in a position to help him to be more of love. Then again, you might not be. I was abused by one of my exes and when I would leave him, he'd start crying and trying to get me back. I can feel energy A LOT and I couldn't handle the pain I was getting when he's send that my way, so I'd come back. However, after a while of that, he found someone else and then went nuts on me and kept verbally abusing me and acting like a child and I eventually get out of there as fast as I could and I wound up spending the week with someone else who was abusive. lol After that, more abuse with another person, but then I was home free at my next move and then I moved to here.
Know that the abuse can only continue, if you are having troubles inside yourself. As within, so without. I had a MAJOR human-quake when at the beginning of all of this because I had just learned to love and accept myself and the energies of the last decade were shifting quite heavily.
Oh, and never be sorry when you seek help in any way. We are all one. You're receive the kind of help you wish to receive by way of your feelings about what you expect to receive. Meditate when you're in pain and work through the lessons. Meditation is just another word for deep thinking with your heart and spirit. Allow yourself to meditate and work through the problems you face everyday. This way you can lessen the load you carry every day instead of not resolving the issues by working them out inside yourself and adding love to the situation.
You didn't scare me away. One BIG thing that many people fall into thinking is that when someone doesn't respond in a short enough time span, that the person is mad at them or something is wrong. This is due to internal conflict as well. Most of your being feels that the other person will not respond favorably. I remember how bad that sucked when I was overcoming that lesson.
What helped me is the fact that most (all?) of the time I was wrong that they would respond unfavorably to me in some way. I overcame that lesson and when ever I feel like someone stopped responding out of disdain towards me, I just stated to myself, even if that person doesn't respond, it doesn't matter because everything happens for a reason and whatever is meant to happen, will happen.
As for magic, magic is just a fancy word to describe using the metaphysical, or spirit realm (4D), to manipulate the physical. Meaning, any time you manifest something through your thoughts, or you pray (also manifestation) or you put energy on anything, you're using magic in the true sense of the word. Dark magic would just be making negative things happen and light magic would just be making positive things happen. Many people who call their selves a witch or a mage in any regard, usually are just doing it for attention, but the ones who truly know what magic is, are the spiritual people. So, yes I'm a witch and so is anyone who has ever made something happen. (Everyone)
You can always ask me anything. As for the demon realm, its really just 4D in perspective of negative polarity. By that I mean that because 4D is based on what you expect to see, if you want to see the demon realm, you will. If you want to see a heaven, you will. If you want to see chaos, you will. If you want to see love, joy, peace, happiness, etc., you will. Its all based off of what you believe and expect to see.
Thank you and no you didn't offend me. I was preoccupied. I'm gender fluid and I that means that my gender flows like water. I don't have my gender set in binary and I prefer to be in balance. When you have equal masculine and feminine energy in you, you're in divine balance. You're not having one outweighing the other and you're able to flow more readily. As for my look, I prefer to have a more feminine look, as it feels better to me. Its just a preference, though, but I'm looking forward to being able to physically shapeshift again because I'd like to take on the shape that I desire whenever I desire it.
Its more fun that way and you can express yourself in ways that will make others more receptive to you. I mean, if you want people to see you in more of a professional light, you wear a suit. If you want people to see you in a more delicate light, you wear a skirt. So, the same goes for your body as well. Plus, a physical body is based off of sacred geometry. This is why when you see a female form, you'll react to it on one way and when you see a male form, you'll see it in another way. This is the reason why people are drawn to certain looks.
Shape shifting would also be helpful when I'm able to leave Earth again and I can visit the many races. I heard that the Zeta Reticuli are scared when they see humans just like humans are often scared when they see Zeta Reticuli. For me, I don't fear them because I know more about them and they do know a bit about us, but they are studying us still. So, I mean, if I want to visit the Zetas, it would be handy to look like them.
If I want to visit the Arcturians (Where I'm originally from) then I could shapeshift into an Arcturian body, but Arcturians are shape shifters too. They have a default form, though.
As for shape shifting to male or female, it would be nice to shift between the male and female bodies as well to help me with expression as well as the way I want others to see me.
I'm what's called a starseed. We are people who incarnate as humans so we can influence human events. We're not allowed to interfere with the free will of a race unless we become a part of that race. Its not loving to impede other beings freewill. So, if we are a part of that race and we are impacted just as much as other beings from that race, by what choices we make, then we are able to help make decisions to correct the problem more effectively.
So, I chose to incarnate as a surface Earth human to help with the effort to liberate surface Earth humans from the dark ones' hold on the Earth and to help spread love and compassion to everyone. We are here to help the many awaken and not be controlled anymore. For me, I choose not to live in the way that the dark ones have enslaved us. I choose to be free and to show others how to do that as well now that I've awakened, myself.

I just received confirmation on my suspicions as to why I kept wondering why I had negative thoughts come up when I'm thinking of something beautiful. Like for instance, I try to give someone a hug in my mind and a negative thread pops up and makes it so I wind up kicking the person and hurting them. I found out that that's actually an implant the dark ones put out there to hold back love energy. Here's what I read that clued me in and I want you to know that if you experience this too, then just ignore it. It isn't something you need to clear in terms of learning a lesson to fix it. Its something the dark ones are doing to you. So, don't waste time trying to learn lessons on that that don't exist.
Oh, and some people might remember that I posted a thread on Lightworkers.org a while back asking if its possible to have a spiritual disability. I was originally told that my ego was doing this to me, but I don't think that's right. What I just said about the implants feels more accurate since it doesn't feel like I'm the one thinking these things when it happens.

Through grounding yourselves, channeling the female energy from Earth's inside, and through being able to receive the divine energy that comes down to Earth and heals your planet and humanity – you liberate yourselves. But you have to work; you have to work every day. Observe your thoughts and be aware of other people's reactions to you. How do you interact with each other? You mirror each other all the time. You mirror each other’s blockages all the time. When other people harm you, they are only messengers to you about what you need to work with. You mirror each other all the time. You activate each other's blockages; you activate each other‟s implants all the time. It‟s the ego, all the negative thoughts that comes up all the time. This is what you need to heal, that is why the transition to The New Spiritual Age is called “The Great Purification" – because that's exactly what it is. You must turn yourselves inside out and meet your own darkness, because you all are carrying it. You are all connected to the collective consciousness and you are all part of this darkness – humanity‟s heritage, all the karma, everything you did to each other and yourselves during all those countless lives you have lived on Earth. Heal, cleanse, let the light in, let go of your attachments and let go of your illusions, free yourselves.

Hello!
I was fortunate enough to see your videos on youtube and then I sent you a friend request on Facebook and you accepted. I was wondering how to confirm that you are a light worker. My intuition of 47 years says yes and that I may have originally come from the Plieadian star system.
I have done a lot of work within and am also a Reiki Practitioner. I have had 13 entities attached to me that has since been removed but they left my soul fractured, which Archangel Raphael is helping me with. I am under constant attack by entities who are trying to prevent me from doing what I came here to do, which is to help awaken those from fear. I am a very old soul and just wonder if there is a way to know exactly where I originally cam from.

What does it mean by to ground your soul? and how can we do it? Lots of love and light.
Last night I was wondering why I felt so dark inside. It was a feeling the feeling you get after waking up from a nightmare. Its a feeling of painful hopelessness kind of. Its a feeling I can't tag with an emotion and I was wondering why I felt that way. I asked the many who help in the higher densities, for them to send me some incite into what was causing that pain. It then crossed my mind that this is the same feeling you get when you come into contact with a dark being. I noted that it was in the area of my heart chakra mainly, but partly in my solar plexus chakra. That's the main area you (your spirit) are in in your body.
So, I told the spirit I did not wish it to be present in my body and it could not stay in my home either. It left and a massive amount of positive energy flooded my system because that area was being healed since the spirit left my body. I would have to imagine that the spirit came into my body because I was in a weakened state at that point. I have been working endlessly for months on building my hosting company and stabilizing products for many to enjoy and I was pulling all nighters and sleeping at odd times.
So, I was tired and full of stress and that dis-ease allowed for my energetic field to be lowered enough for the negative spirit to enter my body. I also have been purging negative emotions lately as well and when I purge them, the negativity intensifies and then it just stops and goes away completely. So, with that constant stream of negativity being purged from my system, it could have left a healthy trail for the negative being to enter my shell.
So, if you feel like you do when you wake from a nightmare and you can't figure out why, you should tell the negative being to leave your body and your house. I felt the one that was in my shell, leave, and I also heart it hit something on the nightstand next to me and I could feel it there as well. My bedroom felt dark for a while before last night and when I told the spirit to leave, the bedroom felt more pure again.
Plus I kept getting startled every once in a while because I'd see feet out of nowhere. I'd laugh after I saw them because I found it funny that I'd just see feet out of nowhere and I thought it was a friendly spirit just startling me out of nowhere on accident. I'm not sure if they're the same being or not, but it was just something I noticed happening before I told the spirit to leave my shell.

I tried your method and it works!
I have been feeling very down lately and I just put it down to feeling down. However recently I have been sensing myself being watched and things moving in my room. I knew it was not angels or my spirit guides because the energy felt different. I am going to try some healing now.

Meditation is nothing other than deep thought with your soul. When you think with your mind, do you see pictures? Meditation is just like that only you allow yourself to open up to your soul and listen. So, if you allow yourself to just focus on what you wish to meditate on instead of looking for images, the images will come. Your pineal gland has rods and cones in it, so it literally is a 3rd eye. This is why you can picture things in your mind and you can see images when you sleep. The more healthy your pineal gland is, the more vivid the images. The same is true with your visible eyes. In time your system is polluted more and more, so as you age, your vision starts to get darker. (My hypothesis on the aging bit.) You can get yourself an RO system on eBay for about $115 USD and it takes out a LOT of garbage from your water system including fluoride. You can also switch to Tom's of Maine's non-fluoride toothpastry. (Or another brand) That will help rejuvenate your pineal gland from having been calcified by toxins.
Also, religions do use brainwashing, but most of the people in those religions have no idea they are even brainwashing you because they don't believe anything other than what they are teaching, so they're not at fault for it. When you realize that you were brainwashed, you start the healing process, but it won't usually cause physical damage. It just locks you up mentally is all. Also, the way the dark ones operate is they keep as much truth as possible, but they alter small amounts of things to their benefit. This makes it easier to keep things consistent, but over time they change more and more. For instance, my friend showed me that in the 1930's (I think 1930s) bible, it never said "Don't be gay. God hates that." It was one of the many things the dark ones added in over time.
With channeling, you don't need to focus on images. Focus on the intent. Allow that intent to grow and see where it takes you. You won't control the images you see if you see them. The one you're contacting will be controlling them. The liquid light that you see if your auric energy and it will move into the images you see from the one you're contacting. That's how it is for me at least, but don't focus on that. Focus on making contact and see what happens. When I stopped trying to hear the one I was channeling, I started to see what they were showing me. So, don't focus on the method. Focus on the intent to communicate. Focus on the being you wish to communicate with and talk to them and wait for a response. Keep pushing the questions out and eventually you'll tune in enough to start talking to them. When you do it the first time, you'll find it easier to keep doing it the next time.
