Here's some information I found while searching on how to activate my abilities of telekinesis and teleportation. Its in a way, similar to astral projection. Enjoy!
Q. What is the key to developing teleportation, psychokinesis and telekinesis? What other senses do we have and how can we develop them?
A. Yes, inherent in this question, there may be given individually those universal laws pertaining (to) the disciplines of mind over matter. But for the purposes of those seekers who would attempt spiritual development for the sake of spiritual development, we would have you understand this law - that in mastering the human body so that (it) is brought under control, the (physical) senses would be subjected to the control of the I AM (part of your being), so there would be the understanding and control of (those) other (spiritual) senses.
Now for the understanding of such disciplines as psychokinesis, we would have you see that (a person) who cannot control that body given for the physical manifestations, could not control those things not connected with the body.
Realize that mind is the builder. See this temple, not as (a) limitation, but as (a) tool for service. As you have overcome the temple, as you have overcome the body, so you will realize that in the same manner as the body which you inhabit is controlled, so may any and all other matter upon this plane be subjected to your will.
We would have you see it in this manner, that even as your soul took upon itself to manipulate, to operate that piece of clay that you call your body, it applied those laws of psychokinesis or the movement by sheer will of inanimate matter. It is the application of the breath of life. It is that law by which man became a living soul. Would you see yourself as God, and has it not been given so often that you are the expression of Him?
If you would take a piece of matter, a ball of clay, a piece of rubber, a piece of pottery or whatever you would move or levitate by the power of mind, by the power of will, would you, in looking upon this piece of matter in the Universe, look upon it even as the Father God looked upon the body of man.
In so doing, He said, "I am God, I am the Creator. All power is given unto me in Heaven and Earth. I will love this piece of matter that is the expression of the Universe, for I am the Universe. I am all, in all and through all, and because I am not separated from this piece of matter, I can cause it to move as it is a part of my body. It is a part of the expression of that which I am. So I may apply the energy that is me to this (matter) and seeing myself as surrounding this piece with the energy that is (an) extension of myself, I realize that I am not limited to that that is the denser body. (That) I may project from the body and surround this piece with the energy that is (me), and in doing so I may levitate, I may teleport, I may move (it) in any manner which I chose."
Then what law would be applied? Consider carefully and realize that all laws reduce to one, the Law of Love. For if you look upon a piece of inanimate matter and see this as self, would you not apply to it the love of self? Would you not feel it? Would it not take on senses, feelings, the characteristics of self, and in so identifying with a piece of matter, would you not give it life?
See the manner in which the Father God applied the same principle, the same law, as has been given. Up from the bed of the river God scooped a handful of clay, and shaping it, he formed an inanimate object and into it he blew the breath of life.
Now if you would apply these laws where are the limitations? You have asked questions out of idle curiosity that would not, if given scientifically, be beneficial to your spiritual growth. We have chosen to give answers that would be beneficial to your spiritual growth. Would it not have been better had the questions been formed in such a manner and with such ideas in mind of how will you grow by realizing such answers? Will you not grow by realizing your identity? If you would attempt telekinesis, or any of these applications of psychic law, will you not, in doing so, be forced to say I am God? Then learn of Me, for I am meek and lowly of heart, that if I be lifted up will draw all men unto Me.
As you seek to do those things in this world, glorify the One who so spoke. For if you could transport this or that object from one location to another, would you not do so in the name of the Father? And if such would glorify Him and would cause His Light to be known, to be seen in this world, would He not cause such laws to be at your command. As He has given, learn of Me, then your interest will turn from studies of psychic sciences to the studies of Him.

I think Chi/Ki is I think Chi/Ki is something you must eprixeence first hand to believe in it. I always believed in the concept of it, but when I was showed a few Taiji moves and demonstrations, I'd have been stupid to deny that it exists. Fa-jing' is the release of chi/energy from the body in Taiji. When my Sifu was doing Chen style Taiji and expelled some chi, you could almost feel it, even though he was a few meters away.In short, Chi/Ki/Energy/Psi/etc. does exist, it's just a hard thing to believe.
As I eat little enough as it is and I only eat all natural foods and this has been going on for months now, I think I'll work on taking it to the next step and only eating prana. I only have 6 Boca burgers left, but I know that the cosmos can provide me with more food if I so desire, but I think this is something better and I have the opportunity to try it out.
Prana is light energy and the stuff the cosmos is made of. I have eaten it many times before, but I want to transfer it to only eating prana instead of eating physical food that takes more energy to process. I'll drink only water for now and then when I'm satisfied, I'll work on not drinking water if I feel the need to do so. There are many people who have done this throughout the ages and yes it does work, but if you decide to try this, know that you need to transition your body from eating physical food to eating only prana.
Here are the steps I have taken and will continue to take.
1.) I was eating lots of food and much of it wasn't healthy or all natural. I ate like a horse. This is because the unnatural garbage in the food was taking so much energy away from me that I had to eat so much to sustain myself.
2.) I switched over to only eating all natural foods and tried to go vegetarian. My food intake went down dramatically and I was able to eat only Boca burger sandwiches 3 times a day and be full. I succeeded in becoming a flexitarian during this phase as well and that means that I ate mostly non-meat items. I drank only reverse osmosis water for the most part during this entire phase as well. (This phase lasted 5 months.)
3.) I only had meat 1 time this month and I have been eating all natural spaghetti and Boca burgers this month as well as continuing to drink only reverse osmosis water. Now I have 6 Boca burgers left and no spaghetti. I intend to hold onto my burgers and only eat 1 or 2 of them a week and focus only on eating Prana during meditation. If I feel that I can't go without that much physical food, then I'll eat some more burgers. I'll let my body guide me.
4.) When I succeed in getting this far, I'll get rid of the rest of the physical food and not eat physical food and only eat prana.
In case you're wondering how I take in prana consciously, I picture a pillar of white light running through me and I picture particles (they look like dust particles in the light, but are really prana) coming through the pillar and nourishing me. They land in my stomach as its easier to feel them filling me up that way.
PLEASE NOTE: If you do try this, then let your body be your guide. If you don't train your body in phases, then you could seriously injure or hurt yourself. You are switching yourself over from one source of energy to another, so this needs to happen gradually. It takes time for the change to happen. Be careful with your body. I know how to manipulate energy very well and it is one of my primary abilities, so taking in prana is easy for me. When I take it in on an empty stomach, I can feel my stomach burning slightly and I get a feeling of being full. If you don't feel full when you take in prana on an empty stomach, you should master that ability first. You don't need to feel full as in your stuffed, you just need to feel that your stomach isn't telling you that you're hungry.
UPDATE: I thinkI'll still eat things when I feel that I want to eat. I enjoy eating, but I still want to be able to eat only prana when I don't have food to eat like now pretty much. Right now I can't afford food and I can't get food until I have a way to do so. I asked the cosmos for some, but I have only come so far. I have someone with food stamps who agreed to help, but he's miles away and neither of us have a car and I'm still trying to find a way to get there. If someone reads this and can donate even $20 to me, I can afford to eat for the rest of the month.
As within, so without, so whatever the person wishes to experience will be presented to them in their environment and whatever people believe is true for them both embodied and without a physical body. Everything you believe is true, is true for you.
I just wanted to point out that after watching Horton Hears a Who, that it shows how the dark ones are trying to deny the facts to the hilt until we provide the world with proof that even they won't be able to deny.
At the end when Horton and the purple Kangaroo (symbolic of the dark ones) make friends, it shows that we need to show them compassion even when they are hurt massively by their own actions and feeling like everyone will be against them.
I heard from a channel that they are scared to let people know the truth now because they feel like people will not show compassion for them. They tortured people in grotesque ways, distorted the truth, and did so much damage to the world. If we all show them love and compassion, you do realize that the energy behind that would be felt far and wide through our universe and other universes, right? That's a MASSIVE amount of love and balancing taking place and especially if they become more of the light it will even be that much stronger. Its a beautiful thing!
Oh, and getting back to the movie's symbolism, the significance of the who's having to create so much sound in order to get the dark ones' plans to falter and let the truth shine through for all to see, is the equivalent of us bringing so much light into the world so that everyone can see what they did and so people know the truth.
