Today I forgot my own phone number for a surprising amount of time. I've noticed that I've been loosing data quite often and my system needed to be repaired. Heavy metal toxicity is one cause of memory loss among other things and with buying a new rework station that basically heats up all a large amount of solder (and other things) at once, I've been subjected to more lead fumes while working with my leaded solder. Over the years that stuff can build up in your system and I've been working with lead for over 10 years now. I'm going to start wearing my particulate respirator while soldering so I don't get all these metals and other chemicals in my body.
People get heavy metal toxicity from many sources and it's not just work related like mine was. You can get it from using aluminum foil over baked goods and cooling with it. If you cook in an aluminum pan, you get traces of aluminum there as well. (Aluminum pans are the kind that have the scrunched up sides that you usually see as throw away pans at parties.) You can also get heavy metal toxicity from your "silver" dental fillings. I have those on my teeth because the government won't cover white fillings with Medicaid. It's another way to kick you around and keep you controlled. The water you drink and the food you eat also contain heavy metals.
If you eat fish, they contain heavy metals usually as manufacturing plants poison our atmosphere with "burn-off" and metal manufacturers are putting heavy metals in the atmosphere and when it rains, the bodies of water the fish swim in are then polluted with the "burn-off." You eat the fish, you ingest the heavy metals. Many people don't realize that the memory loss that happens "with age" is actually due to heavy metal toxicity among other things. The human body in an unpolluted atmosphere could live for thousands of years.
I just took a cilantro and coffee enema myself and now I feel invigorated for the first time in I don't know how long. The way it works is that the caffeine in the coffee stimulates the colon and makes the liver produce more bile. When that happens, the bile is filled with heavy metals and those wind up in the coffee. The cilantro also helps to leach out the heavy metals. When it all exits your body, the heavy metals do too. Some may be left behind and you might fancy a colon cleansing to make sure they all leave the body.

OK, so here's how to make your own cilantro and coffee enemy the way I just did it.
You will need:
1.) Organic cilantro (About $3 at the grocery store for a bundle of the stuff.)
2.) Organic coffee (If you only have Maxwell House like i do, you can use that, but keep in mind it'll have stuff in it that isn't good for you.)
3.) A coffee maker with filters
4.) Vaseline
5.) An empty shampoo/conditioner bottle that has a flip top lid. The bottle must have a round cap.
6.) A steel file (Recommended)
7.) Fine grain sand paper. (I used 150 grit and then 600 grit.)
If you don't have the above 3 items, then you can use the below items.
8.) A length of plastic tube (1/4" diameter or whatever fits tightly in the bottle's cap)
9.) Something to get the coffee into the tube if you don't want to have to take off the bottle cap to refill it. (I used a white connector and a piece of my reverse osmosis system that I decommissioned.)
If you don't have any of the above 5 items, then you can just remove the cap and use the bottle this way.
Now we prepare our equipment.
1.) If you don't have the last 5 items listed above, remove the bottle's cap. If you opted to use the filed down cap method, break off the part of the cap that closes the bottle so that the hole is showing. Use the steel file to remove the sharp parts of the bottle cap so everything is nice and smooth. When finished, use the lower grit sand paper and then the higher grit. If you opted to do what I did and use the length of tubing, cut off approximately 1 foot of tube and sandpaper the end of the tube so it's smooth. (If you don't have sandpaper, find something to smooth it out.) Place the tube into the hole in the bottle cap sharp side down in the bottle. Affix your funnel to the tube if you chose to use one. Remove the cap if you aren't attaching a funnel.
2.) Set your newly crafted insertion tool aside and place 3 scoops of coffee in a filter in your coffee maker and fill the coffee maker up with 8 cups of water. (2 Quarts) Your coffee maker might have lines on it marking off measurements. Unless it states that it's how many cups are in there, I'd assume that it's measuring approximate serving sizes, not cups. My 8 cups went over the 12 line on the pot. So, measure out 8 cups to get it right. If you have an RO system, use that for the water. Since my RO system is broken as it leaks and needs new filters, I used tap water. It gets boiled in the coffee maker anyway. DO NOT TURN ON THE COFFEE MAKER YET!
3.) Get out your cutting board and knives and slice off the cilantro leaves. Some stems can be left in tact, but really long stems you'll want to remove. Grab a handful of cilantro stalks as you'll be need a lot of it. Slice the cilantro up nicely. The finer you make it, the better, but it doesn't need to be supa-fine. lol When you finish, take a bit of it and put it in the filter for the coffee maker on top of the coffee grounds. You don't need to add a lot of it or the coffee might not filter properly. Just put a pile in the middle. Put the rest in a bowl or on a plate and turn on the coffee maker.
4.) After the coffee maker has finished, turn off the coffee maker and place the coffee pot on the burner on the stove. Let the coffee cool as no one wants burning hot coffee all over their insides. If you have an extra serving bowl, pour some of the coffee in there and open the coffee pot. They both should be on a stove burner. This will help it cool down faster.
5.) When the coffee is cool, (warm to the touch is fine) open your bottle up if you aren't using something to fill it through the tube. If you are filling through the tube, unscrew the bottle cap just enough so it fits loosely on the bottle, but stays in place. This allows air to pass into the bottle so the coffee will make it into the bottle as air takes up space. Gas has mass. Fill the bottle with coffee carefully and make sure it isn't over filled. Pour the coffee from the bowl into the coffee pot if you used a serving bowl to aid in the cooling process.
6.) Go to the bathroom so your colon (large intestine) is as empty as you can make it. Your colon makes an upside-down U-Shape in your abdomen. The two places where it makes a right angle in your body are choke points. Those points have the uncanny ability to make all waste matter pause at those locations. The longer you go without eating before you do this, the better. (Up to 24 hours) When you're done, bring your coffee pot, plate (or bowl) of cilantro, Vaseline, and insertion tool into the bathroom where your bathtub is. Place them on the floor within reach of the bath tub when you go to sit down in the tub. You'll want to set up a clock in there as well (I used my bedroom clock) in order to see how long you have left. lube up with the Vaseline, wash your hand and lay down in the tube.
7.) Grab globs of cilantro from the plate and shove it up your ass. lol OK, I had to make you laugh while reading the gross stuff, but hey, medicine is gross.  After you have all the cilantro up there as best you can, grab whatever fell and put that up there. There will be a lot of it that you just can't get up there and it's fine. Use the faucet in the tub to rinse your hand.
8.) This is the long part that's going to be brutal after a while, but it's worth it. Take your bottle of coffee and get the tube ready for insertion with the bottle upside down. Don't squeeze it if you see it dripping out. If you can't see the coffee come out, gently squeeze it so the coffee is in the tube instead of air. If you opted to remove the cap or file the cap down, insertion will me much harder, but being on your hands and knees to take it up the ass will help. lol Don't worry. No ones watching, so you don't need to feel awkward. Everybody needs an enema sometime! ( ♪ Everybody needs somebody sometime... ♪ ) Insert the insertion tool gently and squeeze gently to start the flow. When you can't squeeze any further, hold the squished bottle and pull the bottle out. Allow the air to flow into the bottle and reinsert the bottle to repeat the process. Use the coffee pot to re-fill the bottle.
9.) When your body starts to cramp up and push the coffee out, don't keep putting in more coffee. Your body is telling you it's full of the coffee. lol By the time it does this, you should have felt the gurgling taking place near your lower left rib cage and then again later on your lower right rib cage. This is due to the coffee and cilantro (pushed by the coffee) moving past the choke points discussed earlier. You need to fill all three parts of your colon. If it hurts before you get it to the third part of your colon, don't overdo it. You might still have waste in there and your body is telling you something is wrong when it's hurting. As soon as there's pain, stop filling. Not everyone's body can take 2 quarts of coffee and cilantro. Mine couldn't. Your body will try and push the coffee out by force and this is why you need to do this in the tub. You can't stop your body from letting it out.
10.) OK, so when you get to the point of using all of the coffee or having your system push the coffee out on you, you'll want to keep whatever you can inside of you for 10-15 minutes. (I stopped at 10 as it's quite brutal.) Your body will gurgle and start pushing again and again. Just let it push out as much as it needs to to get the pain to stop. When the 10-15 minutes is up, stand up and let it out in the toilet. Clean up the bathroom and take a shower and you're all done.
Keep in mind that I'm not a doctor. I'm someone well versed in REAL medicine (what others call alternative medicine) and I research what I don't know. If this doesn't work for you or causes you pain other than what you've been made aware of, I'm sorry. It worked for me, so I'm sharing it. This is a brutal process, but with great rewards for your body, so use it at your own risk.

A friend of mine became curious about my unconditional love based spirituality and asked me questions about it. These are the answers that flowed through me and onto the page:
“So I've been contemplating philosophies on death and therefore life and keep thinking about you. Your philosophy on life intrigues me and I would like to know more about it. I personally have trouble accepting that there is more existence after physical death due to the fact that we experience physical life and birth.”
I'm glad you’re curious about such things! It means you are willing to open your soul up to the realms and possibility of an eternal soul, and that truly is the only way to access and feel that version of yourself. Your heart and mind must be open towards it so that they can flow into it. This is exactly how I found it as well. I explored the realm with my consciousness and then was able to experience it, and I have never been the same ever since.
There does exist an ancient spiritual philosophy called the 'Tao Te Ching'. It’s a bit hard to explain, so I will show you a video that does it very well! It's kind of lengthy, but if you watch it, you will understand the concept and it can change your life. Just as if anything deep, meaningful or profound is hoped to be obtained on this earth, you must be patient and willing to listen and dwell in one spot of consciousness for extended periods of time. If you want grand and ultimate meaning in your life, I can indeed you be found through this concept of the Tao. So watch this video and dedicate yourself for an hour or so to it! But before I link it, I will do my best to summarize it with my own consciousness.
There does exist an eternal sort of 'source' and flowing of consciousness energy. It is formless, and it is infinite. It is everything around you. It is you, and it is me. In this way, Tao is the energy that flows through all living things in this physical realm as well.
Tao, in essence, is the sensation and experience of being conscious and being awareness. It is the feeling of being self-reflective and it is the feeling of existing. It is beyond mental activity. You cannot THINK about Tao or understand it through logic. It simply, exists. Such does all things in this reality, simply, exist as they are; all things, at their core, are merely an 'experience'. As soon as you 'think' you know what Tao is, that is not the Tao at all. It is beyond words and labels, and it exists with you, through you and as you. Tao is the flowing of all life and all things.
I want you to imagine your reality more beyond the 'words' and ‘labels’ of that which you use to describe ‘what’ they are. I want you to instead FEEL the nature of your surrounding world with your soul and very being. For in the end, that is truly all you can do. In the end, all there is, is this experience of your own consciousness and unique soul energy interacting with other consciousness and energy entities. All things are experiences. All things are energy and vibrations. All things, in their essence, are something that cannot be put into words. And so, all things must be experienced to be understood and conveyed to another person in their entirety; emotions and colors emphasize and display this well, as how do you hope to explain love or the color green to someone who has never experienced love or the color green? Any words you could ever use would fall short of describing the experience for what it truly is.
Before the big bang, this great conscious source of Tao gave birth to all things, and so, all things are one and deeply interwoven and connected in this birthing. We all share the same source, and that is a fact of the big bang; we are all made of the same stuffs, this flowing energy that is Tao. What love truly is, is the ability to acknowledge another energy-experience and will it feelings of acknowledgement, caring and worthiness. Love, is the sensation of you connecting back to another piece of this source in which you belong to; and this is the most profound spiritual evidence I could ever hope to give for what I am trying to convey. Hatred and loneliness then is naturally cold and horrible feeling to you; it is a pushing away of that source and connection to all things of which you belong, and will forever belong.
And so, our journey here on earth is to take the physical form of a human being who is utterly ignorant. We do this as an eternal being so that we can have a unique, extraordinary, infinitely unique and worthwhile experience. In this, it could be said that this reality here is an illusion and a lie as we are in the ignorant state, because indeed we have forgotten and become blind to our true nature of existence; which is to acknowledge and resonate with the fact that we are an eternal and invulnerable being who exists for an eternity; an infinite soul who loves all things unconditionally as we forever flow forward with the source and continue to create and expand the oneness of all things of which we are an integral part of; creating new experiences and energy identities for all aspects of the source to explore and have fun interacting and connecting to. We are all separate but as one at the same time, and the sensation of love is the spiritual glue that enables and recognizes this.
And so! This is our existence and what we are doing here within it as conscious beings and aspects of the Tao. We are meant to have fun and adventures for all of eternity! Our true nature is being light-hearted, easy, flowing, and ‘light’ feeling in general. However, here on earth we are lowered into a state that feels more heavy, dense and serious! As is the nature of ignorance to confuse and surround us in darkness, it takes many reincarnations here on place like earth to finally make our way back to our more illuminated understandings of unconditional love and true existence.
There is indeed great hope though at this time of 'ascension' occurring on planet earth, in which the cycle of reincarnation will stop, and all who would like to will be able to end this heavier sort of dualistic earthly experience. If you look around you will notice how much more loving and understanding people are now a days, and that the truth of our true existence seems to be rushing to the top of earth’s awareness. Right now on earth is a very, very special time indeed. As technology is reflecting our spirituality, with things like the internet coming to be, love and the ability to connect and communicate instantly has been becoming increasingly prominent with each passing year.
So I think that covers things a bit for the Tao! Here is the link to my single favorite video on the internet about the Tao Te Ching. And one of my favorite people here on earth talking about it as well, Eckhart Tolle! He starts out kind of slow, but then he really gets into it. If you can watch the whole thing and keep an open mind and heart, you will be able to feel its truth; your truth.

Can you imagine and dream of an existence after physical death? That in and of itself may hint to the spiritual fact that you can and do. We are beings of infinite potentials, infinite possibilities and infinite powers. We are, in the end, ‘gods’; as we are creators, and what is a ‘god’ but a being who is allowed to create in the medium of universe making and designing. It is that here on earth, we have purposely limited ourselves at this time for the purpose of having a unique sort of ignorant-experience; and just as one will play a video game within the limits and rules of that video game's world to obtain a unique experience and fun adventure, so too do we do this on here on earth.
I quite love to liken this existence here on earth to an mmorpg (massive multiplayer online role playing game), in which we take on the role of an ignorant ‘human being-character’ in this hyper vivid and utterly ‘real’ setting of physical existence; the player of this game being your eternal soul and spirit, your perceived reality becomes your one true reality, thus, you become unaware of anything beyond this existence here in your perceived state of ignorance and forgetfulness. Just recently I have watched and the universe naturally led me to this anime about just such a scenario where a hyper vivid virtual mmorpg world becomes one that is to be perceived as their only reality, and it has instantly my all-time favorite; dying in the virtual world resulting in killing them in their earthly existence as well, the only way out is to end the game. It's called 'Sword Art Online', and its story is one that will resonate deeply with your soul and grip you within such a unique and profound way; and this is because it is a story line that parallels your time here on earth, and hints to the truth of your purpose for existence here.
If you can perceive your life here on earth as more of an mmorpg and as though you are an infinite player who exists to explore and experience forever, then it allow you to resonate more closely to that version of your true existence and self; and naturally when you do this, you will become more unconditionally loving, understanding and accepting.

The artwork itself is so very detailed and breathtaking, and the writing itself is the best just too incredibly awesome and good! I recommend watching at least the first episode so that it can help you to question your own reality in a more engaged and involved way.

Human bodies, more or less, are organic computers to house the 'software program' of an eternal soul. We are not bound to our body, just as a computer game isn't bound by any program it runs. And just as you can download a game with a wireless internet connection, and the internet waves float the air in this invisible way as a vibration, frequency and energy, so too does your soul exist and vibrate as an invisible sort of conscious energy.
We go to sleep, and where exactly does our consciousness and being ago? Sure we dream, but we become 'unconscious' and unaware to this world, and then only an echo or perhaps small percent of our consciousness remains in our physical body; as I do believe our eternal soul goes to do other more eternal soul type soul activities, while the physical vessel and human-computer here on earth remains ignorant to anything that our eternal soul goes to do; as it is an organic computer bound by the physicality of this earth at this time, and we are in a state of having an experience that is purposely made to not know of our true identity until we find it here within our earth experience! Which is my purpose for writing this message in the first place, to try and help guide you back to your ultimate version of self.
And you see how much I have written to you in this message at this point! I am not thinking one bit about anything as I write to you now, I am simply allowing my consciousness to flow out of me, and towards you. It is entirely an energetic thing, even now as I type to you. It is entirely a spiritual thing, as I type this to you.
Try and perceive as though you are an eternal being having a ‘human experience’; an eternal being playing an 'earth' mmorpg. If you open your soul to this, you will feel the power, excitement and energy of this resonating with your soul and being. It is an inner knowing and depth that reaches out to you; it is a spiritual experience to feel that sensation; don’t discredit it as something not so very meaningful or profound. Even now as I type, my chest is glowing and vibrating with this inner warmth of love and soulful awareness. It is our natural state to feel this way. This feeling of eternal soul, connection and love. We mostly all feel this way as a child, but this world causes us to feel 'separate' from one another, as well as from experiences and other energies themselves. This world promotes things like greed and ego and separation mentality. Religion attempts to divide spirituality into categories, and it attempts to rule and control people, or it always has! It is changing as well towards love.
My spirituality is consciousness itself. My spirituality is unconditional love. I have strove for it and naturally I have been led to this place I am, and to know the things I know. It has almost effortlessly flowed through me for me to understand and to know as I have willed my being to get there, and you can do this as well. All it takes is your open heart, and your will and intent to arrive at that place. My words I am typing here are not here to 'tell you how it is', my words are here only to try and help guide you to find these knowings and energies within yourself; it is always a self and inner journey in this way.
And of course you cannot worsen my mood! It’s impossible! No matter how depressing or morbid you may be! I am immune to such things. As I resonate so very closely with unconditional love and my spiritual knowings.
"Another question has crossed my mind. It also partially answers the question I posed prior to this. Where did the energy that went into the big bang come from? Since this question has no answer right now, I have to assume that there is something more to the universe than our current understanding provides to us. It has been suggested that the universe is constantly experiencing big bangs. Expanding and then receding to form another one. All matter and energy stay in our universe but change. Therefore death is just the physical conversion of one’s self into another form. Like I said, it only partially explains my first question. Once (if ever) we discover the origin of the energy that made up the big bang(s) then perhaps we will have further scientific insight into life and death."
Here are a few more questions that don’t have, nor ever will have any sort of logical or scientific answer: What is consciousness? Where exactly does it exist and reside in the human body? Why does gravity exist and why is set up in the way it is?
I love to use that example of gravity I do! It is a 'law' of the universe, but why?
Gravity just exists and just ‘is’, and it is something you have to accept in that. Gravity is an experience, it cannot be explained by mental thought, and you cannot attach a 'why' to gravity. Our consciousness and our soul is that way as well. There is no 'why', it just is.
And so where did the energy from the big bang come from? Yes it has no scientific, logical, or mental answer, but it does indeed have a spiritual and Tao based one! It is just as I talked earlier about the 'source'; again, Tao is formless, it is timeless, and it is you and your being; it flows through you, and exists through you. You are consciousness, and so you are an aspect of this source. You are one with this source and one with all things that have come from it. You are one with all things that came before it, and you are one with all things that will come of it.
All things are energy, vibration, and experience. In the physical realm, energy takes more of a 'heavy' and 'limited' vibration and form; but limitations, barriers, rules and laws of the universe are something fun and worthwhile, and again, are so very akin to playing a video game or losing yourself in any sort of fictional world. We exist on earth in this unique way we do to have an awesome, one of a kind existence/experience. This is your true and grand purpose here, it is, to exist, that’s it, nothing more. You need not do anything, you need not worry or stress about anything. You need only exist here, relax, and be; and in so doing, you will feel the truth behind these words, and you will feel intensely happy, fulfilled and completed; you will glow and feel warm, and this is your soul resonating with the truth of what your essence is all about.
I have heard that as well! That no energy can ever be destroyed, but only transferred. And this is because source, Tao and consciousness cannot be destroyed; it only ever changes and takes new forms. The forms of a bird, a tree, or a human like you and I! It is little scientific truths like that that have led me to my spirituality as well; that and the placebo effect I love, which is the power of consciousness to manifest physical changes and manifestations.
And now I don't want you to be afraid of losing all sense of self or identity when I tell you all of these things I am here! You need not ever be afraid of anything, not ever! You are here, right now. You are existing as you are, and so now you can exist however you like in the future. You will forever have your sense of identity and self, if only that identity of human self will eventually change to incorporate your soul-self, which is more unconditionally loving; but your soul-self will always exist, forever and always, and it will only ever flow and expand for infinity; it will only ever continue to understand and have more experiences.
Yes, your sense of self, can never be lost. Your sense of self, is eternal; just as the Tao is eternal. All experiences, energies and vibrations will remain as a spiritual manifestation that can always be revisited or connected back to, if you would like to do so; indeed all vibrations and energies will forever exist for you to explore and acknowledge in this way. Nothing is ever truly lost in this unconditional love spirituality and awareness. Nothing ends. You will not end, nor will your sense of identity and self ever end. It can be a trap we can fall into I know! I have felt it a bit before and I have seen it within others, and so I am saying this to reassure you now. Fear, is always an illusion. Fear, is the feeling that you will somehow 'lose' something that is part of you and your consciousness, and I am here now to tell you that nothing can ever be lost! Not for your eternal version of self (your true version of self), not for the Tao. Things, energies and experiences are only ever gained and compiled within this existence of oneness. We all exist in an infinite expansion; reflected in our universe that is not a big bang leading to an eventual big crunch, as we once though, but as recently discovered that our universe is expanding at an increasingly expanding speed; reaching outwards towards infinity for all of time.

Greetings, I AM Jesus Sananda. I AM Jeshua, I AM Brother of Magenta, brother of your heart and brother of your soul and I am honored and pleased to share this loving moment with you, to share this loving moment with all of you, as one family with Gaia and within the omniverse. I have asked to step forward tonight to be the first to address you because I wish to speak of love.
This is the key and yes we have spoken of it time and time and time again and my message never changes whether I am speaking to the intergalactic fleets, to the angels of heaven, or to your heart during your dark night of the soul. Love, love is the allowance of the grace and the energy of One, the movement of the Mother through you and the stillness of the Father to anchor you. It is the interconnectedness, it is the state of Divine Union and being in that place of home.
This energy descends into you and you have been penetrated more than you can ever imagine. During your entire lifetime and certainly in the last couple of years, even if you have had difficult moments that flow of love and of my love for each of you has never ceased.
So what is the element that I wish to speak to you of this night? It is the love of your sacred self, it is the deep acceptance and embrace of your beloved being. Ascension is already underway. You can no more stop it that you can stop the movement of the universe, which is infinite and eternal; you can not, but what you can do is allow the energies to flow within you.
And how do you do this? How do you allow the full impact of what is transpiring, not only on your planet but the ripple effects throughout the universe? You do it by cherishing your sacred self, by finally and fully recognizing that you are the essence of One. There has never been a separation, there has never been a lack or a limitation.
This is not about you rejoining, this is about you allowing and remembering the truth and the wholeness of who you have always been.
You have come from many planets, many star systems. Some of you are angelic, starseed, a few earth-keepers, but all of you carry the essence of love.
What you are breaking away from, what this quantum leap is truly about, it is about breaking away from this “Am I loved? Am I lovable?” to the full acceptance and acknowledgement that you are love and that everything and everybody, the planet, your star brothers and sisters, your guides, the kingdoms, they carry the same essence.
You are not leaving anything behind except a drama, a play, a story that was created by humanity in its darkest hours to control and prevent you from remembering. Well that is over now. This journey that we are on began a long time ago. We came very close in Atlantis to succeeding with our Ascension.
I came in a human form as Jeshua over 2000 years ago to remind you about love and to replant the seeds. Now it is the time of harvest. But let me be very clear my brothers and sisters, my beautiful family, you are not running away or getting away from anything, you are simply stepping into what is real and what has always been the truth of your being.
Is it entirely different than what you have experienced here to fore on earth, in this lifetime, in this incarnation and in many incarnations? Yes! Because you are allowing the truth of your abilities and our abilities to come to the forefront that we may walk and laugh and play and journey together.
That Gaia can claim and restore her true being without the impact of pollution or war, hatred or greed. These are the things you are letting go of and as they are literally streaming from your body, from your field, you will feel lighter and lighter, perhaps a little light-headed, a little bit of displacement. That is alright. Lie down, enjoy it and surrender.
Surrender not to us, not to Ascension but to the love of who you are because as you do that finally you are really able to love each other in the fullness without any bigotry, without illusion of what you think someone should be or should not be, that there is not difference. There is diversity, there is uniqueness, but there is no separation. Every point on the grid throughout the universe is connected and it is shining brightly. So know this.
Now during this process which, by the way you are thinking about a moment in time, extend it, extend your vacation, allow the integration to anchor gently and softly within you. Is your world changing? Yes, but it is changing because you are changing and it is a unique, individual experience.
Allow the changes to take place, allow the Shift to take place; do not rush it. It does not matter if it takes a moment, a day, several days, it is your time. If any concern, any fear arises, because I see your hearts, and yes there are times where you say, “Well I’m not feeling too much different.” Well that is because you have already allowed love into your being.
Do not question. No, it is not being foolish or foolhardy, it is being open. But if a moment of trepidation occurs, we are on call, we are not only on call, we are standing right next to you in your living rooms and your bedrooms, in your offices. The Universal Mother wraps you in her arms.
She has birthed you as she has birthed me. As you go through this rebirthing do you really think that she will not be in full attendance? Of course she will be as are Archangel Michael and Gabrielle, Uriel and Raphael, Jophial, Metatron, Ariel, the list is endless. Sanat Kumara watches this unfoldment and the restoration of Universal Law. There is great celebration throughout the universe.
Your brothers and sisters of the stars who have been waiting and waiting and waiting are dancing in the ships. Go outside and see them as they dance across the stars, it is not simply satellites, my friends.
But mostly I come to you this night as a friend and brother who has walked this beautiful planet earth, who has known love and family, trial and tribulation.
Many times I was dismissed as crazy because I thought I could transform the world with the simplicity of love. What I began so long ago, you my sweet angels are completing.
You are the legions of light, you are the inheritors, you are the meek, you are the ones who are brave, courageous and who have stuck to your guns and they are guns of pink and they shoot flames of love, of gentleness, of kindness, of consideration.
This is a new world. I am with you, I walk with you, I stand with you, I watch over you as you lie down and meditate and allow the Shift to take place within you, because that is where it starts.
It is within your heart and being. The Shift to heart consciousness is within and then it explodes. You are being penetrated with light of a magnitude that you have never known or experienced but it is meeting and matching and conjoining in union with the light that lies within you. That is what Ascension and Descension is about.
It is what you have offered in service to the Mother, to be the embodiment of her promise, to be able to be in form, how you choose, whether it is the Divine perfection of a body of a 20 year old or an 80 year old. That is your choice, but it will be without pain or suffering or sorrow because the illusion of separation, which is truly the root of sorrow, is gone, it is over.
Do not under any conditions re-embrace the illusions of the 3rd, of the old realm. It has nothing to offer you and it is not where you live. Every day, every night in what you think of as your 24 hour periods, we hear your prayers, your pleas for help, your entreaties, they are all heard, they are all responded and acted upon.
It has not always been in the ways that you anticipated or that you thought in your illusional world, with what you wanted. But I tell you and I promise you, your deepest heart desires, your yearning for love, because that is truly the core entreaty of every prayer, is answered. We walk together in this miraculous new way. Finally I return to earth and my beloved ones, I am as excited as you are.
This is not about whether Ascension comes to pass or not. It is not about pass or fail, that is the old duality, polarity, and it is gone. So simply step across the portal, take the hand of your wayshower, your beloved ones, and come with me. We are with you and you are love and you are loved and you are lovable and you are co-creating this with us. We do not do this alone. We are waiting, and it is already done. Go in peace. Farewell.

With me I am getting random periods of time where my mind is completly blank(not ideal when playing crib), slight vibrations as soon as I start mediating or get excited about something, an increased mood in general, needing to eat more food more often, and a decrease in hand eye coordination. |

To perform chakra balancing, lay down and get comfortable. Close your eyes. Following are how to balance your chakras. When you picture the energy swirling, you're balancing the chakra as the energy needs to be moving and not black and stagnant.
1.) Below and between your feet, picture a swirling clear energy. This is your Earth star chakra.
2.) After it feels healthy, move up to your genital area and picture a swirling red energy. This is your root chakra. Feel its energy and when it feels healthy, move on.
3.) Picture an orange swirling energy near your naval (belly button) area. Feel its energy. This is your solar plexus chakra. When it feels healthy, move on.
4.) Go up to just below your chest and picture a swirling yellow ball of energy. That's your aspirational solar plexus chakra. When it feels healthy, move on.
5.) Move up to your heart area and picture a green ball of swirling energy. This is your heart chakra. Feel its energy and when it feels healthy, move on.
6.) Move up to your throat and picture a blue ball of swirling energy. This is your throat chakra. When it feels healthy, move on.
7.) Move up to your forehead between your eyes and picture an indigo (pinkish purple) ball of energy swirling there. This is your third eye chakra and when it feels healthy, move on.
8.) Move up to the top of your head and picture a swirling violet ball of energy. This is your crown chakra. When it feels healthy, move on.
9.) Move about a foot above your head and picture a rainbow colored chakra. This is your ascension chakra. When it feels healthy, picture it feeding its energy to the rest of your body. It will help you with your ascension. When you're ready, move on.
10.) Move a bit higher into outer space and feel a clear swirling energy. This is your soul star chakra. Feel its energy and when it feels healthy, move on.
11.) Move a little higher and feel your Galactic chakra. This chakra keeps you at one with the galaxy. Feel its clear swirling energy and when it feels healthy, move on.
12.) Move a little higher still and feel another clear swirling energy. This is your stellar gateway chakra. Its a portal to cosmic energy. When it feels healthy, you've balanced your 12 chakra system.
13.) Feel a pillar of white light come through your 12th chakra and flow your your body and down to Earth.
14.) Feel Earth energy come up from the Earth and go through you to your 12th chakra.
NOTE: The exact placement of where you focus on your chakras doesn't matter that much. Focusing on balancing their energies is what helps. Also, the last 2 chakras I couldn't find an exact name for them, but I know what they do, so I put what felt right. The name of them isn't important, just what they do and that they're balanced.
