Humming to yourself when you're trying to fall asleep and focusing on the hum will make you fall asleep within minutes. Also, meditate on what worries you and realize that worry is the intent to make something go wrong. Positive thinking is the intent to make something go right. You can either manifest your reality consciously, or allow your subconscious mind to create a static environment for you based on your beliefs and emotions. Know that worry is also the effect of thinking you are powerless in how your life works. Knowing that you are the one who makes everything happen in your life will get rid of many worries. As within, so without. Your life is a mirror of what's inside of you.
